If you placed your order on or after November 12, 2025. You have a 45-day 100% money-back guarantee from the day you received product. Try Loiste at home and use it normally during the trial. If you’re not completely satisfied, return it and we’ll issue a full refund — free return shipping included.

60-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you placed your order on or after January 10, 2025, we will refund your payment method if you return a Loiste UltraWave Toothbrush (adults' or kids' model) within 60 days. This applies to both new and used devices.

Right of return

The products have a 60-day free return right. This is a hygiene product: the right of return only applies to unused and salable products in unopened original packaging, covered by a protective film.

Correct return of the product

For incorrect or incomplete returns and uncollected orders, a delivery and handling fee of €14,90 is charged.

If you have accidentally missed collecting a package and you want to send it again, contact our customer service at via e-mail support@loiste.com

If you return the product, the payment will be refunded via the payment method used to pay us. The refund will be made once we have received the return in salable condition. You will receive a confirmation email once your return shipment has been processed and a refund has been made.
