- GENERALLY
These general terms and conditions contain the terms of use of the web service provided by Loiste Europe Oy (subsidiary of Loiste Europe, hereinafter the "Service Provider") (hereinafter the "Service") as well as the terms of ordering and delivery of products and services. These general conditions apply to the online service maintained by the service provider (www.loiste.com)
By using the Service, the User of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") accepts these general terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with these terms.
The service provider has the right to change these general terms and conditions. The customer accepts the changes when using the Service. The current terms and conditions are available on the Service Provider's website www.loiste.com
In the web services, the Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with data protection legislation and the privacy policy for the Service Provider's customer register.
- CONTENT OF THE SERVICES
The Services include the services offered by the Service Provider and other potential partners to the extent of the e-commerce product range at any given time. The services include, among other things, the opportunity to participate in surveys, competitions and the company's service and product development programs.
The services and other content provided by the Service Provider are only intended for the Customer's personal and non-commercial use.
The entire content of the Services, including images, logos, product information and other texts, videos, tables, brands and trademarks, belongs to the Service Provider and/or its partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All intellectual property rights in the content belong to the Service Provider or its partners.
The service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Services. Subject to mandatory regulation, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, change or remove parts of the Services at any time and without prior notice.
- DELIVERY TERMS OF GOODS
The products are delivered by PostNord. Delivery time is usually around 5-7 business days (holidays may affect delivery time).
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information he provides with his order and customer information is correct.
The service provider is not responsible for delays in deliveries that are independent of the online store.
- PRICE LIST
The prices of products and services include VAT and delivery costs, unless otherwise stated.
Any delivery costs for the product are paid at the time of payment of the order.
The prices of products and services are determined in accordance with the current price list. The service provider reserves the right to make changes to the price list.
You can only use one promo code per order. Different benefits cannot be combined.
- PAYMENT METHODS
The customer can only pay for the product or service using the payment methods accepted by the service provider at any given time. The payment methods are specified in more detail in the Service.
- THE RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS
The products have a 60-day right of return. This is a hygiene product: the right of return only applies to unused and salable products in unopened original packaging, covered by a protective film.

For incorrect or incomplete returns and uncollected orders, a delivery and handling fee of 14.90 euros is charged.
If you have accidentally missed picking up a package, contact via e-mail support@loiste.com .
If you are returning a product, we will begin the refund process once we have received an accepted return shipment in salable condition. You will receive a confirmation email once your return shipment has been processed and a refund has been made.
The refund will be made within 1-5 business days using the payment method used to pay us.

PRODUCT DEFECTS
Sp-tuonti is responsible for ensuring that the products they own are correct in accordance with current legislation. In the event of a fault with the product, the consumer must always first contact the service provider's customer service by sending an email to the address kundservice@loiste.com .

WARRANTY
The product has a 12-month warranty from the date of order.
The customer must notify the warranty provider of the defect in the product within a reasonable time from when the customer discovered the defect or should have discovered it.
In warranty matters, the customer must contact the Service Provider support@loiste.com.

OTHER TERMS
These General Terms and Conditions and any disputes between the Customer and the Service Provider shall be governed by Finnish Law.
