- The purpose of the processing of personal data
The purpose of the processing is to manage the customer relationship, to fulfill the customer's and Loiste Europe's rights and obligations and to process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act for purposes related to web services, research activities, targeted advertising and/or direct marketing by Loiste Europe and/or its partners based on customer data via Loiste Europe's media and services without transferring personal data to third parties.

- Regular data sources for the registry
The register is compiled from Loiste Europe's customer data system and the data is maintained with a manual update and on the basis of any updates of third party data.
- Regular publication of information
The data controller shall not disclose the customer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the Finnish authorities.
- Erasure of data
Data can be deleted at the request of the customer or due to the termination of the customer relationship.
- Principles for protection of the register
Personal data will be kept confidential. Loiste Europe's computer network and equipment where the register is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
- Prohibition right
The customer has the right to prohibit the disclosure and processing of their data for direct mail and other marketing purposes.
